Last day of the year

Snow a perfect way to end the year, running errands in snow boots, the yard frosting perfect; nothing better than being warm inside when the wind is brushing snow across a cold gray sky to make you feel grateful for your home and your warm life and all the people you love and have loved whether with you in mind, body, or only memory.
So let's "tak a cup o' kindness yet, for auld lang syne". Peace.

Thanks for visiting my blog - I've just taken a peek at yours and love your photos. Also your 'About me' alphabet, I agree with so much of it. We don't have snow here at the moment but it feels very cold - frosty, damp and -2, and our heating isn't working. Thank heavens for the gas fire and thermal pyjamas!! Happy New Year, Heather.
